MAPP-SD, a project of Prairie View Prevention Services, Inc., is a comprehensive Methamphetamine awareness and prevention project.
MAPP-SD is dedicated to:
u Increase awareness of Meth and the problems associated with its use, manufacture and distribution;
u Provide, at no cost, professional Meth awareness and prevention education to groups and organizations on a community, regional and statewide level;
u Be a no-cost, ongoing resource for South Dakota citizens to deal with issues rising from the manufacture, use and distribution of Meth.

$10 DITCH WALK KIT - Training video/brochures
Ditch Walk teaches groups what to look for when out walking/cleaning up ditches. The video and brochures show Meth waste and materials that might be found, and shows participants how to stay safe.

$20 DENTAL KIT - Training video/office protocol
The Meth and Dental Health training video and office protocol were created for dental offices/clinics. The video and protocol go into detail on the topic of how to recognize and treat Meth mouth as well as the signs and symptoms of Meth use. It also lays out steps to keep the dental office/clinic staff safe if they encounter a user as a patient or parent.

$20 WHAT IS METH? KIT - 2 training videos include one on labs and one on signs and symptoms. Also included is a brochure that addresses both labs and signs and symptoms.

$30 MEDICAL KIT - 2 medical training videos, one designed for general practitioners and emergency room personnel and one designed for pediatricians. Training videos feature Dr. Kathryn Wells
