Five people were arrested on Meth charges after law enforcement officers
executed search warrants on six Huron homes Monday evening. Four of the five
are charged with felonies. Between 4 and 6 ounces of Meth were confiscated, and
officers uncovered an apparent Meth lab in a vacant house. Beadle County
State’s Attorney Mike Moore said authorities aren’t certain how long the vacant
house was used as a Meth lab, but “It had been used recently,” he said. “There
was fresh stuff there.”
The arrests are the result of a months-long investigation.
