High Speed Chase Leads to Meth Lab Discovery

In Iowa- The Plymouth County Sheriff's Office is looking for a young man involved in a mobile Meth lab discovery in northwest Iowa.  The suspect is described as a white man in his late teens or early 20s, 5'6" and 150 pounds with dark curly hair.

A Plymouth County deputy pulled the suspect over in a routine traffic stop and smelled ether coming from the car.  When the deputy asked the suspect about it, the driver took off – starting a high-speed chase that reached more than 100MPH.  The driver crashed into ‘stop sticks’ in Le Mars, fled from the car and escaped on foot.

Officers who examined the abandoned car found the mobile Meth lab.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office at 712-546-8191.
