MAPP-SD, a project of Prairie View Prevention Services, Inc., is a comprehensive
Methamphetamine awareness and prevention project.
MAPP-SD is dedicated to:

Increase
awareness of Meth and the problems associated with its use, manufacture and
distribution;
u
Provide, at no cost, professional Meth awareness and prevention education to
groups and organizations on a community, regional and statewide level;
u
Be a no-cost, ongoing resource for South Dakota citizens to deal with issues
rising from the manufacture, use and distribution of Meth.

RAPID CITY - A felony
warrant has been issued for Bradley Lee Phillips, charging him with unauthorized
manufacture and possession of methamphetamine.
Phillips is described as a 39-year-old man with blue
eyes and brown hair, standing 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing 190 pounds.
Phillips is believed to be
in or around the Rapid City area.
Authorities ask that if you see Phillips or know where he is, do not approach
him. Instead, call the Pennington County Sheriff's Office at 394-6117, the
Rapid City Police Department at 394-4131 or the nearest law enforcement agency
if you have any information that would result in his arrest.
