RAPID CITY - A felony warrant has been issued for Bradley Lee Phillips, charging him with unauthorized manufacture and possession of methamphetamine.

Phillips is described as a 39-year-old man with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing 190 pounds.

Phillips is believed to be in or around the Rapid City area.

Authorities ask that if you see Phillips or know where he is, do not approach him. Instead, call the Pennington County Sheriff's Office at 394-6117, the Rapid City Police Department at 394-4131 or the nearest law enforcement agency if you have any information that would result in his arrest.
