In Georgia – In a new housing area, where homes run up to a million dollars, an undercover investigation came to a head.  A 37-year-old man was arrested after a Meth lab was found in his home.  Two visitors, a 43-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman, were also arrested after police found a Meth lab in the back of their truck.

In Kentucky - Four people face Meth manufacturing charges following a search of a home.  Two men, 34-and 30-years old, and two women, 45 and 26, were busted when officers asked to search the residence.  The suspects gave permission, and police discovered a Meth lab in the garage.

In Washington – A 21-year-old man faced a judge during sentencing for a crime he committed a year ago.  The defendant was high on Meth when he stabbed a police officer in the head with a screwdriver. When the judge handed down a 20-year-prison sentence, he told the man that he had made a conscious choice to stab the officer and, "Being stoned is not an excuse."   After the defendant serves his sentence, he will be deported to Siberia, where he came from about 10 years ago with his family.  The police officer was not seriously injured in the attack.

In Indiana - Two people were arrested on charges of Meth manufacturing after police found a lab across the street from the Kiwanis Camp for Children.  The man and woman were renting the property, and both were either had outstanding warrants or were waiting for trial on other charges.  When state police troopers searched the home, they found remnants of a Meth lab both inside and outside.  Officers seized several guns, including shotguns, and an undisclosed amount of cash.  They also found items stolen from the property’s owner.  Two young children had been taken to day care before officers arrived.  Family protective services officials were contacted concerning the children’s welfare.

In New York – It took at least a year, but an undercover narcotics operation has caught a man accused of selling crystal Meth and Ecstasy.  The 26-year-old faces multiple felony charges of possession with intent to sell, as well as a weapon possession charge for allegedly carrying a loaded gun. After a number of drug deals made to an undercover officer, police raided the suspect’s home.  They discovered a pound of crystal Meth and more than 5,000 Ecstasy pills.  Police arrested the man outside the home, and found a loaded .32 caliber gun in his waistband.  A search of his car turned up several plastic zip bags of crystal Meth.
