In Pennsylvania - A 24-year-old man has been charged with allowing a friend to operate a Meth lab out of his home.  He faces a trial on felony and misdemeanor charges of drug possession, endangering the welfare of child and three other drug counts.  When state police searched his home, they found boxes of chemicals and all the materials used to make Meth.  They also found containers that tested positive for Meth.  The suspect allegedly told a trooper he allowed the home to be used by a friend to produce the Meth in exchange for money.  He claims that he, his girlfriend and their one-year-old daughter were not in the house when the friend cooked Meth.

In Arkansas - A man who said he had smoked an eight-ball (1/8 of an ounce) of Meth and thought people were following him to kill him was arrested for intoxication on drugs.  The man later thought people were hiding in cracks in the floors, walls and ceiling of the jail, waiting to kill him.  Police were called to a convenience store about a suspicious man.  The responding officer talked with the man and after a few minutes, asked him how long it had been since he had done any Meth.  The suspect told the officer he had smoked the eight-ball that morning.  A routine check turned up information that the suspect was wanted in another county for bad checks.  When he was in a jail cell, he pointed to the wall, cracks in the floors and the ceiling, and various other places in the jail area claiming that there were people hiding in those places waiting to kill him.

In Oregon -
Detectives raided a home, seized over three ounces of Meth, and after a short foot chase arrested a 34-year-old man accused of drug trafficking.  The case developed from an earlier investigation into drug sales.    Detectives watched the home and noticed what they believed to be an excessive amount of foot and car traffic at the residence.  When detectives raided the house, the suspect ran out the back door in an attempt to get away, but he was caught in the back yard.  Seven other adults and a three-week-old infant were in the home at the time the warrant was executed.  During the search, detectives found three ounces of Meth, packaged for resale in individual one-ounce bags.  The suspect faces charges of possession, manufacturing and delivery of Meth, as well as with endangering the welfare of a minor.
