In Texas A man pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute Meth after being busted when he sold undercover investigators 121.56 grams of ice.  Officers also confiscated two rifles in the case.

In Minnesota
Nine people have been indicted in federal court for allegedly working together last year to distribute a large quantity of Meth.  The indictment charged each with a single count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute at least 500 grams of Meth.  During a search, authorities uncovered more than two pounds of Meth and several ounces of cocaine.  Some of the drugs in the home were found in a pop can, peanut butter jar in a refrigerator, a dog food can and a cleanser container.

In Minnesota A couple who just had drug charges thrown out of court and a third man were arrested for allegedly running a consignment shop that was packed with stolen antiques and for operating a Meth lab.  A 33-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman had been arrested for allegedly running a Meth lab last year, but the case was dismissed because a Lake Crystal police officer illegally searched the house.  Now they are back in custody, along with a 53-year-old man.  A number of law enforcement agencies executed a search warrant on a business and home after officials received information that stolen merchandise they were looking for was in a consignment shop.  When they searched the business and home, they found drug-making materials and got two more search warrants to search further for drugs and drug-related items.  Officers recovered Meth, Meth lab materials, cash and stolen property.
