MAPP-SD, a project of Prairie View Prevention Services, Inc., is a comprehensive
Methamphetamine awareness and prevention project.
MAPP-SD is dedicated to:

Increase
awareness of Meth and the problems associated with its use, manufacture and
distribution;
u
Provide, at no cost, professional Meth awareness and prevention education to
groups and organizations on a community, regional and statewide level;
u
Be a no-cost, ongoing resource for South Dakota citizens to deal with issues
rising from the manufacture, use and distribution of Meth.

In
Montana A 31-year-old man faces a mandatory minimum of five years in prison,
and up to 40 years, for Meth trafficking between July 2003 and April 2005. He
could also be fined up to $2 million. He pleaded guilty in federal court to
conspiracy to distribute Meth. He was released from jail pending his June
sentencing.
In
Indiana
Police say a Meth lab was in operation at the time of the explosion. One man
was severely burned and rushed to the hospital.
Neighbors
are shocked someone would operate a Meth lab in a neighborhood with many
children
