In Oklahoma Deputies who were originally called out to help break up a domestic dispute ended up finding drugs, guns and bomb parts.  They cleared out four adults and a child from the building, and while searching for more people inside the building, the deputies found a Meth lab.  They called for a lab clean-up crew, who while clearing out the lab found what looked like a homemade pipe bomb and more parts for making bombs.  The bomb dog found several guns, and a drug dog found Meth and crack cocaine.  A man and woman were arrested on drug charges, and another man was arrested on the original complaint of domestic abuse.

In Minnesota A 43-year-old day care provider was arrested after deputies found suspected Meth and firearms in her home.  A 36-year-old man who was in the home at the time was also arrested.  The home day care was licensed.  Two children who were at the day care during the raid were picked up by their parents.  Deputies found 23 grams of suspected Meth, drug paraphernalia and firearms at the home.

In New Jersey A 30-year-old man whose alleged Meth lab blew up a house was charged with aggravated participation in Meth - a Class X felony. When police and firefighters reached the address of a suspected house fire, they saw smoke coming from the house. The homeowner arrived and told police that the only person who would have been in the house was his son.  A witness told police that when he saw the fire, he entered the house and found 30-year-old man on the basement floor and helped him get outside.  The suspect then ran into the woods. Firefighters found what appeared to be a Meth lab in the basement of the house.  Police found him at a hospital, getting treatment for burns.  He allegedly admitted to police that he was cooking Meth downstairs when the fire broke out.

In Texas
A39-year-old South Dakota man is jailed in Texas after police found a suspected Meth lab operating in two trailers near a motel.  The suspect is charged with possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.  He is also being held on a New Jersey sexual assault warrant.  Authorities are looking for more suspects in the case.  Police believe the people operating the labs were stripping some of the pseudoephedrine tablets on site and cooking Meth somewhere else.

In Iowa
A federal jury convicted two men on charges of selling Meth.  The 35- and 27-year-olds were involved in a Meth trafficking organization that sold more than 15 pounds of Meth in the area. During a search of their home, authorities found 362 grams of Meth, 36 grams of cocaine, more than $13,000 in cash and a semiautomatic handgun.  They both could be sentenced to a maximum of life in prison.

In Indiana Police recovered $50,000 worth of crystal Meth after arresting a 28-year-old woman who allegedly sold about 55 grams of Meth to a police informant.  She also faces child neglect charges.  She allegedly sold Meth to the informant from her apartment. When authorities searched her apartment, they found a variety of Meth paraphernalia, Meth, and two color video surveillance cameras. The drugs were within access of four young children who lived with the woman. She is on parole for a Meth-related conviction in Kentucky.  A search of another apartment turned up a safe with 462.2 grams (just over a pound) of Meth.  The tenant there told police the woman rented the safe for $50 a week and he was not allowed to be in the room when she opened it.

In West Virginia A man wanted on charges of making and distributing Meth was arrested along with two other people at a motel.  Along with the fugitive, a 58 –year-old man and a 36-year-old woman were arrested and charged with possession of Meth with intent to deliver.

In Illinois A house exploded from what police allege was a Meth lab. Investigators found Meth precursors in the house and arrested a 31-year-old man for arson and Meth manufacturing.  The suspect was burned in the explosion and was treated at a hospital before his arrest.  During investigation, he allegedly made incriminating statements that led police to believe he was cooking Meth.
