In Alaska – Two people were arrested on Meth charges in separate incidents at the Juneau International Airport.  A 40-year-old woman was originally arrested after a search of her unclaimed luggage turned up cocaine and paraphernalia.  Officers learned about a suspicious package she had mailed, located it and found 228 grams of cocaine, 29 grams of Meth and 48 tabs of Oxycontin.  A day later, drug authorities found 345 grams of Meth in a man's luggage.  The 23-year-old was arrested and a search of his home turned up two firearms and what they described as "additional evidence of distribution."

In Kentucky - Two women, 44- and 33-years-old, face charges of possessing a Meth precursor, a class D felony.  They were arrested after allegedly purchasing pseudoephedrine, intending to manufacture Meth.

In Oklahoma - A 35-year-old man pulled over in a routine traffic stop ended up arrested on charges of Meth possession with the intent to distribute it. He told the officer who pulled him over that his driver’s license was suspended, and the officer first arrested him on that issue.  Then, a search of his car revealed 5-grams of Meth, 5 tabs of Xanex, a pipe and scales.

In New Mexico A47-year-old mom, her 24-year-old son, and her 18-year-old daughter were back in court barely two weeks after their former house was torn down because they were allegedly making Meth in it and did not get it decontaminated.  The three were arraigned on outstanding warrants from 2006, when they were each charged with selling Meth, conspiracy and child abuse – an 11-year-old boy lived in the home.  Now, officers say the family’s new neighbors are filing complaints about alleged Meth activity in their current home.
