In Colorado A toxicology report shows that an 18-year-old man killed in a two-car accident had Meth in his system. The young man was the driver of a vehicle that crossed a no-passing line and hit an SUV.  He died from multiple fractures and internal injuries.  The tests showed he had both Meth and marijuana in his system. The coroner estimates he had likely consumed the Meth within a few hours of the fatal accident. The other driver, a 49-year-old man, suffered several fractures and could be in wheelchair for up to 90 days.

In Iowa – Deputies attempting to serve an arrest warrant at a home found a suspected Meth lab after getting permission to search the place.  The officers found a number of Meth manufacturing items in a garage.  The
35-year-old property owner was arrested on a warrant for a third-offense of possession of a controlled substance. So far, he is not yet an official suspect in the most recent Meth lab investigation.

In Minnesota -
A 29-year-old woman in jail on drug charges now faces being evicted from the house where authorities claim she allowed Meth to be manufactured.  The Salvation Army has filed a complaint to evict the woman and "John Doe(s)" from the property they manage.  The woman is charged with allowing a 30-year-old man to move his Meth lab into the apartment that she rented and make Meth in the home's bathroom. They both face first-degree drug charges. The woman lived in the apartment with four small children. She leased the place under a transitional living/counseling program offered by the Salvation Army.  The first rule listed in the contract she signed was that there would be no alcohol or illegal drugs on the property, including from visitors.

In Ohio -
Firefighters from at least nine departments battled or gave mutual aid during what was believed to be a fire in a Meth lab.  Two trailers on the property went up in flames.

In Nebraska -
A 33-year-old man was sentenced to nearly 20-years in prison for selling between 3 and 11-pounds of Meth and for a firearms offense.  In a separate case, a man was sentenced to nearly four-years in prison after being convicted of Meth distribution.  He was charged with selling more than three-ounces of Meth to an informant. And a 23-year-old woman was sentenced to 5 years in prison for one count of Meth distribution after selling about an ounce of Meth from her home.
