In Florida - Four people are accused of running a Meth lab inside a home where two children were found with burns on their bodies.  Investigators arrested the four discovering the Meth lab, along with drugs and chemicals inside the house and a car.

In Washington – A 25-year-old man who supplied a woman with at least two pounds of Meth was sentenced to 10-years in prison.  He was convicted of conspiracy to distribute Meth.  He was arrested after he delivered two pounds of Meth, hidden inside a cereal box, to the woman.  The woman is serving six years in prison for drug possession.

In Minnesota - A 29-year-old woman charged in connection with a Meth lab bust in June pleaded guilty to first-degree controlled substance crime.  She was originally charged with six felonies and one petty misdemeanor, but under the plea agreement, all the other charges were dismissed.  She will be sentenced in October.

In Georgia - One of three brothers indicted in a major Meth bust pleaded guilty. The 24-year-old pleaded guilty to possession of more than 500 grams of Meth with intent to distribute and conspiracy to manufacture marijuana. His two brothers, 26- and 22-years old, were indicted but never found.  Authorities seized 341 pounds of Meth in the defendant’s home in August of 2006. They also found 300 marijuana plants. He faces 10 years to life when he is sentenced.

In Wisconsin - Two men were sentenced to probation for their roles in a Meth lab discovered in a motel last December. A 48-year-old was convicted of manufacturing and delivering Meth; the judge withheld his sentence and placed him on probation for five years and nine months of conditional jail time.  A 30-year-old was convicted of knowingly possessing Meth waste. His sentence was also withheld and the judge placed him on probation for three years and ordered him to serve one year of conditional jail time.  In June, a 39-year-old woman arrested in the same bust was sentenced to three years, six months in prison followed by four years, six months of extended supervision for manufacturing and delivering Meth.

In Washington - Detectives raided the home of a suspected Meth dealer and uncovered about $48,000 in cash, about 3.6 ounces of Meth, two rifles and two handguns.  The 41-year old man had been arrested during a raid on his home in March and charged with dealing Meth, but had been released from jail before going to trial on those charges.   New information was passed along to police that the suspect was still actively dealing pound quantities of Meth.  Officers found the Meth inside a coat in the house and in a black bag inside an attic in the garage.  In the same black bag, the team also found $40,000 in cash.  Detectives also found an allegedly stolen motorcycle along with another cycle engine, also reportedly stolen.  The man is now charged with seven felonies, including conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, possession of Meth with intent to deliver, three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm and two counts of possession of stolen property.
