In Mississippi - A 48-year-old man was sentenced to 22-years for Meth manufacturing while out on bail for sexual battery involving a teenager in 2006.  Two years of the sentence were suspended.  The defendant was originally charged with fondling, sexual battery, rape by administering drugs to a victim and 10 counts of child exploitation in connection to a 17-year-old girl.  Police received new information that the man was cooking Meth after being released on bond.

In Missouri - A state trooper responding to a report of a person passed out behind the wheel of his pick up truck ended up busting a Meth lab.  The trooper checked the license of the driver and found the 44-year-old man had a warrant out for his arrest.  After the officer took him into custody, the trooper performed a routine search of the truck.  That’s when the working Meth lab was uncovered in the bed of the truck.  The suspect is charged with distribution, delivery, manufacture and possession of a controlled substance.
