In Indiana - A 24-year-old man faces felony drug charges for allegedly operating a Meth lab inside his stepfather’s camper.  The stepfather called police after finding remnants of a Meth lab inside the camper. Officers found numerous items and chemicals at the scene.   The suspect allegedly admitted that the items were his, and that he had been making Meth in nearby woods.  He said he took the anhydrous ammonia he needed from a farm cooperative.

In Alabama -
A couple had their child taken away from them after sheriff's investigators searched their home and reportedly found finding evidence of Meth manufacturing.  The 38-year-old man and 23-year-old woman are both charged with manufacturing, chemical endangerment of a child, and first-degree possession of marijuana.  When deputies executed a search warrant at their home, they found Meth oil and ingredients used to make Meth.  They also found five microwaves used to manufacture Meth, and a small amount of marijuana.  The couple's 2-year-old child was taken from the home and turned over to Social Services.

In Missouri – A federal grand jury returned indictments in a conspiracy to distribute millions of dollars worth of Meth against 17 people from California and Missouri.  Operation Buckshot also led to the seizure of more than 38-pounds of Meth, four vehicles, 89 firearms, and more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition and blasting caps. Several federal, state and local law enforcement agencies in Kansas and Missouri took part in the investigation.  Those indicted range in age from 31 up to 66-years-old.  They were charged in a 13-count indictment alleging all the defendants participated in a conspiracy to distribute Meth.  Many of them face additional charges of weapons violations and Meth distribution.  Prosecutors are also asking for property forfeitures from several of the defendants, including more than $2-million, homes vehicles and firearms.

In Colorado – At first, officers investigating buildings and homes at a deserted sugar factory - buildings marked “Keep out or you will be shot” and “Bang” with spray paint - thought they might have come across a forgotten supply of sugar.  It turned out to be a large quantity of crystal Meth.  In addition to a huge jar full of the white crystals, police found several jars of chemicals and another large jar with two layers of liquid – a strong indication of Meth manufacturing.  In a nearby field, officers found many spent shell casings, supporting neighbors’ reports that someone was shooting on the property late at night.  Police are on the lookout for their suspect, a 32-year-old man.

In Michigan – A prosecutor's office issued an arrest warrant for a 33-year-old man police said was cooking Meth in a motel room.  The suspect is accused of maintaining a Meth lab, a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.  Motel staff discovered the remnants of the lab after the man checked out of the room.  Witnesses say the suspect is living in a van.
