In Minnesota - A 23-year-old man arrested last February for Meth possession received a 58-month prison sentence.  Police allegedly found 10.2-grams of Meth in his pants pockets while they are responding to a request to remove him from a residence.

In Minnesota - A 63-year-old man who was involved in selling Meth to police informants was sentenced to nearly five years in prison.  He reportedly helped a 30-year-old woman sell Meth to the informant – while the woman’s 5-year-old child was along.  He also sold Meth to another informant at his home while a teenage girl was present, and allegedly gave an undercover agent a small amount of cocaine as a sample.  The defendant was connected as a supplier for other drug dealers in the area.  He entered an Alford plea (not admitting guilt, but acknowledging that a jury may convict) to two charges.
