In Indiana – Two men, 41- and 27-years-old, and a 28-year-old woman were arrested on Meth manufacturing charges when police investigating reports of a chemical odor discovered an active Meth lab at the woman’s home. She answered the officers’ questions, telling them the men were cooking Meth in a nearby wooded area, and using the bathroom sink to dispose of the chemicals. She admitted to being around more than ten earlier Meth cooks, although only one other at her own home. One of the men had nearly 140 pseudoephedrine pills with him when he was arrested. In Minnesota - The father of a 14-year-old girl who gave crystal Meth to six classmates was arrested for drug possession. The arrest stemmed from a search of the family's home following the incident at the middle school. That search turned up about two-grams of Meth. Investigators have not yet linked the father's drugs with the Meth that the girl brought to her school. The daughter pleaded guilty to second-degree sale of a controlled substance, but has not identified her father or anyone else as her source for the Meth. In West Virginia - A man wanted on suspicion of running a Meth lab was brought back to the state after serving time in Indiana for similar charges. The 38-year-old is accused of operating a Meth lab that police busted in 2006. He was arrested after running to Indiana and served time there for other Meth-related charges. If he is found guilty on all nine felony counts, he will face significant jail time.
