In South Dakota – A 53-year-old man will probably face charges of driving under the influence of drugs and drug possession after he lost control of his semi-truck and landed in a ditch.  He suffered minor injuries in the crash.  State highway patrol troopers found Meth and drug paraphernalia when they searched the cab of his truck.  They report the driver also had a falsified log book.  They were waiting for a blood toxicology test to determine if the driver did indeed have Meth in his system. Information from KELO-TV

In North Carolina - Six people pled guilty to running a multi-county Meth ring.  The distribution ring was active since 2002, and has been under investigation for a year.  Officials say that the group brought about 23 pounds of Meth into the area. When police busted the ring, they seized a truck, three guns and about a pound of Meth. The defendants received varying sentences depending on their involvement, with prison terms from just under two-years to some up to ten-years.

In Florida – A 41-year-old man is charged with Meth trafficking after investigators discovered a Meth lab in his home.  Officers collected several hundred grams of suspected Meth oil along with the chemicals and equipment for the lab.

In Texas - Authorities arrested eight suspects when they raided a major Meth ring.   Local and federal agencies, including the FBI, DEA and U.S. Marshal's Service, spent two years building the investigation into the distribution of ice Meth – calling it Operation Thin Ice.  Officials say a 40-year-old man led the ring; other members ranged in age from 62-years-old to 21. During the bust authorities seized  $24,000 in cash, 15 firearms and about 3.5-pounds of Meth.
