In Iowa - A 40-year-old man faces a felony Meth possession with intent to deliver charge after being arrested at his home.  Deputies executing a search warrant at the suspect's home seized 2-ounces of crystal Meth, a large amount of cash, false documents and several items of drug paraphernalia.

In Minnesota - A 55-year-old man currently serving time in prison was sentenced to 37-months for a conviction on a separate Meth charge.  His current sentence is 58-months for selling Meth at his home.  The latest sentence is for another Meth sale at his home, this one to a confidential informant.  His co-defendant, who is also his brother, was sentenced to one year in jail with work release.

In Tennessee - Police discovered an active Meth lab moments after a fresh batch was made. They were following a tip on possible drug activity when they found strong evidence of a Meth cook inside an apartment.  Five people found in the apartment were held for questioning.  Two were arrested on outstanding warrants.

In Texas - Deputies following up on a complaint of reckless driving found a functioning Meth lab. The people who called in the complaint told the deputy they knew who was behind the wheel, identifying him as one of their neighbors.   The sheriff’s department found the suspect had an outstanding warrant and went to his home.  That’s when they discovered the Meth lab.  The suspect was arrested and is awaiting formal charges.

In Oregon – A traffic stop led to the arrest of three men allegedly transporting two pounds of crystal Meth and 21 kilos (about 46-pounds) of cocaine.  State Police troopers, one with a drug detection dog, were working on an Interstate when they saw a sport utility vehicle having difficulty maintaining a single lane of travel.  The troopers pulled over the SUV with three occupants and noticed the 20-year-old male driver appeared very nervous. The driver gave permission to the troopers to search the vehicle and they discovered a hidden interior compartment, where they found the drugs.  The three suspects were arrested and are being held on multiple Meth-related charges, as well as an INS hold.
