In
Alabama - A
48-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman are held on $1-million bail each after
police found them with Meth during a routine traffic stop. They are both
charged with manufacturing, trafficking and possession of Meth. The case began
when an officer pulled over the car the two were in and discovered the man, who
was driving, had $50,000 in unpaid child support and the woman had warrants out
for resisting arrest and driving under the influence of alcohol. The couple was
arrested and a standard search of the car turned up more than 4-ounces of Meth,
plus roughly 1.5-pounds of ephedrine. In Illinois - Sheriff's deputies arrested a 51-year-old man after an investigation led to evidence he was a Meth dealer. The suspect is charged with two counts of delivery of Meth, three counts of possession of Meth and one count of possession from an earlier case. If he is convicted on all the charges, he could face up to seven years in prison. Officers say it appears the suspect was selling Meth to support his own drug habit. In
South Carolina - A 13-year-old boy was placed in emergency protective
custody when deputies raided a Meth lab at a mobile home. A 34-year-old man and
a 32-year-old woman were arrested on charges of Meth manufacturing and
possession, as well as unlawfully disposing of Meth lab and unlawful conduct
toward a child. |
