In Oregon - A manhunt for a fugitive wanted for child rape ended with a Meth bust.  State Police checking out a report of a suspected drug deal going on along the Interstate stopped the suspected vehicle.  When troopers searched it, they found about nine-ounces of crystal Meth.  The driver gave them a name, which turned out to be false. Officers ran the suspect’s prints and discovered the man was a 28-year-old wanted on felony child rape charges in Washington.

In Texas -
A “no knock” search warrant at a trailer house located on a home’s property resulted in five arrests. Officers at first believed the trailer was only used for storage because it was loaded from floor to ceiling with different items. There was no electricity in the trailer, but they found electricity was rigged to run from the house.  While searching a 48-year-old man, police found a plastic container holding several bags. Some of the bags contained a white substance that field tested positive for Meth.   They also found a small bundle wrapped in plastic, containing about 8.4 grams of Meth.  Officers found numerous other items pointing to a Meth lab and more Meth.  Two men and three women were arrested on various Meth and Meth manufacturing charges.

In Indiana - Sheriff's deputies serving an arrest warrant for a 33-year-old man at his home found a Meth lab.  The suspect was arrested and faces several charges including dealing and possession of Methamphetamine.  Later, a 42-year-old woman was arrested on similar charges including trafficking of Meth.

In British Columbia, Canada - A person out for an early morning walk at a park stumbled upon 13 pails of extremely toxic sludge.  Police responding to the report discovered the pails of brown liquid were the byproducts of a Meth lab. Officers are working to trace the waste back to the Meth lab it came from.

In Mississippi – 23-people are facing charges of selling ephedrine and pseudoephedrine allegedly knowing it would be used to make Meth.  The yearlong investigation, named Operation 607, stretched across many counties.  At least 11 of those arrested are immigrants; one is known as “The Godfather.”

In Indiana - Police serving a search warrant at a home found a suspected Meth lab. A 48-year-old man, for whom the original warrant was issued, was arrested on additional charges after officers found the lab and some Meth.  A 25-year-old man, who lived in the home with the first man, was also arrested on Meth manufacturing charges.
