In California - A 45-year-old man was arrested after an investigation led to the discovery of Meth, heroin and drug paraphernalia in and around his trailer.  Officers found about an ounce of Meth outside the suspect’s trailer, along with two boxes of syringes, packaging material and a digital scale.  Inside, they came across about a half-gram of heroin, unknown pills and more packaging materials.  He faces a number of charges ranging from possession to possession with intent to sell and maintaining a residence where controlled substances are sold.

In Colorado - A couple accused of running from their home after an alleged Meth lab fire, taking their 2-year-old daughter with them, has been arrested.  The child was examined and placed in protective custody.  The man was taken to a medical center for treatment for burns on his hands and arms, and the woman was taken to jail.  They are being held on suspicion of manufacturing and processing Meth for distribution.

In Tennessee -
Investigators busted a mobile Meth lab they discovered in a home.  The 23-year-old man they suspect of cooking the Meth lived with his parents; officers do not believe the parents had any role in the manufacturing.  Deputies believe that the suspect made the Meth outside the home, but stored the equipment in it.  In addition to the adults, the suspect’s 4-year-old son lived in the home.

In Minnesota – A 50-year-old woman is on trial for
fourth-degree sale of Meth.  She pled not guilty to charges of selling 0.7 grams of Meth at her home in 2005.

In Tennessee -
Sheriff's officers investigating an armed robbery first got a positive ID on a suspect and when they found him, they also discovered a home Meth lab in the residence.  He was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery and Meth manufacturing.
